From Southington/Cheshire:
Take I-691E to Exit 5, Chamberlain Hwy. Turn left off exit ramp and turn right at third traffic light. At first traffic light, turn right onto Lewis Ave. The entrance to MidState is on left (opposite Westfield Shoppingtown Meriden). Use the entrance to the building located to the left of the MidState Cancer Care entrance.

From Wallingford and points north and south:
From I-91 or Rte 15: take either route to I-691W. Take exit 6, to traffic light onto Lewis Ave. exit. The entrance to MidState is directly across the street from the exit ramp. Enter parking lot and follow to parking in front of hospital. Use the entrance on the left of the MidState Cancer Center.
Once inside the building elevators are located in that hallway, take to 2nd floor, take a right off elevator and a quick left to conference rooms.
