Our region currently has approximately 80 members.</p> <p>We have 4 to 6 meetings annually in which friends and colleagues gather to exchange information and learn from one another. During these meetings we offer members free contact hours and dinner. We also publish quarterly newsletters regarding the current happenings of our chapter via e-mail. This newsletter is also available on this website. Our region also offers a day long annual educational symposium that usually occurs on the last Saturday of March each year. This event prevents high quality educators teaching on a variety of topics pertaining to our profession. At our October meeting we elect a new board of directors for the following year. Each January we have a Membership Drive. This meeting is open to everyone interested and the contact hour and meal are free to all.</p> <hr noshade="noshade" /> <h4>Mission and Purpose Statement</h4> <p>A professional organization of Registered Nurses and Associates dedicated to the safe and effective practice of Gastroenterology and endoscopy services.
